Meet Jocie
Before becoming a mother, I worked as the wellness coordinator at a private girls’ school, where I designed and implemented a wellness curriculum for students in grades 7 to 12. Supporting young people was both challenging and deeply rewarding, and I’m still in touch with many of the students I worked with. Watching them grow into strong, confident women has been incredible. Alongside my role at the school, I continued developing my personal training business, and in 2010, I decided to pursue a degree in nutrition. I knew nutrition was a vital component in helping my clients, and it felt like the missing piece in my approach. Going back to school while balancing work was no small feat, but the hard work and chaos made graduation day even sweeter.
Education has been a significant part of my journey. In my early 20s, I earned my first degree in fashion. Moving to Toronto to study was an exciting chapter, filled with courses in color theory, art history, photography, design, advertising, and marketing. This program sparked my creativity, and after graduating, I traveled and worked in exciting places, eventually landing in Miami. It was there that my passion for fitness and nutrition truly began to take shape.
If you know me, you know I’m wholeheartedly dedicated to helping people achieve their best lives through exercise and nutrition. If you don’t know me yet, I hope that changes. I’d love the opportunity to help you overcome the challenges standing in the way of your health potential.
Trust the process, and it will trust you. I can’t wait to work with you!
